Susan did an outstanding job booking our cruise and all the follow up that she did. She booked our rooms before the cruise and helped us plan our days after the cruise. Her recommendations for hotels were outstanding. She booked our transfers and some of our extra excursions after the cruise. While we were in Norway, we contacted her several times and she helped us find the confirmations that I couldn’t find on my emails. She did an outstanding overall job and I would recommend her to anyone.
