Over the 20+ years I've been a travel writer I've seen and done... a lot. I'm as comfortable bicycling through Italian olive groves and scuba diving the wall of sharks in French Polynesia as I am sipping bubbles at a champagne house and dining at Michelin-starred restaurants.
