Sumalee was always available to chat, handled changes like early check-in, late check-out, and cancelling and rebooking a car service with effortless professionalism, and ensured we were perfectly prepared for flights, hotels, cars, and activities. She repeatedly went above and beyond for us like purchasing park tickets on our behalf even when it offered her no benefit, sending friendly, timely reminders about check-ins, check-outs, and what to bring for each activity, and personally coordinating details so we never had to worry. At the end of our trip, she surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, a thoughtful touch that made the ending of our trip unforgettable. Sumalee’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and warm, personal service transformed our vacation into a flawless, memorable experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
