Nice service.

Our booking was for a large group of 22+ members and involved multiple rebookings / modifications. All of it was very patiently handled by Sujeeth and he also coordinated with the hotel to ensure we connected with them before arrival for understanding the activities available at the resort.

All our rooms were upgraded by 1 category. As a Titanium elite, 2 rooms in my name was combined into a 2BHK jacuzzi suite. The entire group had great words of praise for the resort and stay experience and we would like to thank Sujeeth for helping us with the same.

Excellent breakfast, convenient location, very good room service & good restaurants.

Possibly the quickest decision through Sujeeth, he helped making booking, but never checked back on us, even I reached out once asking to see if we get additional perks! He did check on us 2 days after our check in if all okay stating he was busy? I mean as you promoted you maintained excellent relationship and your client gets 2/3 level upgrade with your efforts...nothing happened with us!! may be not a good day with us. As mentioned benefit I get is of program and not from advisor there are many such advisors out there and if you want to be stand among them you will have to do much extra efforts for customer stickiness. Not happy with services. Have booked my Raffles Bali stays with another advisor and already got one confirmed upgrade. Good luck!!
