Natalie was amazing! We gave her our destination plans and she made sure to give us all options with pros/cons to each option. She made sure to take care of a handful of our handicap accommodations as well, and made sure before we got on board we wouldn’t have any problems. She also went above and beyond by getting us a special onboard gift and got us set up with an extra dining experience we wouldn’t have received otherwise in our package to which I enjoyed the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. We’ll definitely be using SugarTrails for our next booking!

Natalie went above and beyond to make this trip so special for us. It was a last-minute addition to our vacation and she took the time to make sure that our visit to Disney was truly magical.

Natalie is a fantastic travel advisor. She is organized, detailed oriented and always readily available to answer questions along the way. She has helped me managed everything from personal to corporate travel and I couldn’t be more pleased with her services.

Paris: A Healing Trip
When my dear friend's divorce turned his world upside down, I knew exactly what he needed: Paris during Valentine's week, because sometimes the most romantic thing you can do is show up for a friend with plane tickets and zero judgment. We spent our days wandering through the Musee d'Rodin and Musée d'Orsay, letting centuries of surviving art put his personal life in perspective, then diving into incredible bistros where French onion soup, perfect croissants, and wine became our daily therapy sessions. Our long walks along the Seine and by Notre Dame turned into the best conversations—no pressure, just two friends moving through the world's most beautiful city while he found his footing again. By the time we flew home with our suitcases full of knickknacks and our hearts full of laughter, Paris had worked its magic: not the romantic kind, but the deeper healing that comes from friendship that shows up when life falls apart.
