The best experience ever. Stephen is a wonderful travel agent who goes above and beyond what you'd expect. We had his cell phone number and he was incredibly responsive to any questions and needs. For example, I left an item in the hotel room when we checked out and didn't realize it until we had arrived at our next hotel in a different city. I told Stephen and he quickly contacted the Okura and worked it out for them to ship the item to the next hotel. He was fantastic and I'd recommend him highly.

It was Stephen who suggested Terranea as an excellent place for our family to celebrate its major occasion, and his arranging for rooms and all dinners simplified our lives. Thanks to him, we received welcome gifts that included wine and Terranea merchandise that we appreciated. Of note, he helped resolve the problems we encountered.

Again Stephen’s service shined with this booking. Really connected with me to see what we were looking for and what fit right for us. Even after the hotel was already booked, Stephen continued trying to find us a better deal and did! Will definitely continue booking my hotels with Stephen.
