Stephanie was marvelous! She was so helpful from the planning stage to the final pre-trip preparations. She made a PDF with all of our flight, vacation insurance as well as any contact numbers that we might need. Whenever I had a question, she responded back to me that day.
I saw a post on an Amawaterway chat board asking "Is it normal to never hear from your travel agent after final payment??" Stephanie would never do that. She texted reminders all along and always offered to help in anyway.
She's now my travel agent for life!
