Stephanie solved my problems before I even knew I had them! She was so on top of arranging new accommodations after the initial hotel could not take us, she made sure the transition was seamless and that we were well taken care of. Stephanie made what could’ve been a major headache into a non-issue within minutes. I have a newborn baby and am eternally grateful with how she handled things for my family. I would absolutely seek out her services again.

Stephanie was an excellent and very attentative travel adviser start to finish. Very in-tune to our wishes, needs and requests. She provided lots of additional info about the hotel and the surrounding area with great recommendations for things to do, breakfast, lunch and dinner suggestions. Because Stephanie arranged hotel — the hotel was very gracious during our stay and aware of our anniversary being celebrated with treats and a great bottle of wine and personal note left in room at check-in. Enjoy a great happy hour leading into an awesome anniversary dinner at her suggested bar / lounge / eatery.

Even after booking this Stephanie let me know about her perks with booking experiences as well and I was able to book a concert experience for my girlfriend’s favorite artist. The seats were phenomenal and the experience felt more luxurious than and other concert I have been to with access to a private bar and seating area I never knew existed in the arena. We were able to sit and eat comfortable, charge our phones before the show started.
