Stephanie was amazingly helpful. Normally I like planning trips but with our new 10 mo old son I just didn't have the time or energy in me, but desperately needed a relaxing vacation. Stephanie made it so easy and found us an amazing resort that fit all my requests. We initially were deciding between Kauai and Puerto Vallarta and she suggested Punta Mita which was perfect for our needs-- more remote and romantic than Puerto Vallarta but half of the price of Kauai. It was an amazing find that still fit in our budget. Plus she got us a special rate that included $200 of resort credit and free breakfast every day (anything we wanted off the Venazu breakfast menu! Not just buffet. I ordered heirloom blue corn waffles, pancakes, french toast to order, my husband got chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and a passion fruit yogurt bowl. Plus we got green juice and pan dulces all included no questions asked.) She even helped us book our transportation to and from the airport and to/from our excursions. She helped us book the excursions, working with the hotel so they could suggest excursions hosted by local companies instead of the big tour companies. Definitely felt more authentic and was a great experience. There were actually locals on the tours not just hosting the tours. They suggested a local restaurant and helped us set up transit there to celebrate our anniversary. It was legit. She was so attentive and helpful even with me waiting till last minute to confirm some of the transportation logistics. I offered her a tip because she did so much but she did not accept. I sure hope the hotel compensates her well because she did an amazing job and it didn't cost us anything extra.
