Stephanie was amazing. I thought it would cost more to use a travel agent, but she got us a much better deal than was advertised online as well as a suite that was not advertised online. It was really helpful because we needed a refrigerator and freezer for my baby’s breastmilk and we were able to get this through Stephanie’s services. Stephanie also helped us with airport transfer and reminded me a couple times. It’s easy to be forgetful when on vacation in Mexico. She is very organized and thorough and was available and helpful for any questions we had. I would love to book another trip with Stephanie and will recommend her to friends.
