Another solid recommendation from Stephanie. She took care of everything - booking, making sure we had a great room, and arranging transportation. One small hiccup was that we expected the transportation from Denpasar airport to be free, but the transportation Stephanie arranged wasn't the free version, it was a hired car. Not a big deal for us, but something to note for future bookings.

A great recommendation from Stephanie. This hotel was a good landing spot to kick off our multi-stop vacation. A special thanks for following up on requests to change the reservation name (for the sake of our Hyatt points), upgrade the room to Ocean View, and get the room set up for our family (the sofa bed was made and prepped for our son when we arrived).
