Stephanie was extremely helpful at arranging our stay in Bilbao. She found exactly what we were looking for: a nice and comfortable hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the Guggenheim and the Casco Viejo, but also on a quiet place (particularly important during the Aste Nagusia). Booking with Stephanie brought some unique additional perks - we got a room upgrade and were invited to a spectacular afternoon tea (which, on top of the traditional stuff, included other goodies such as champagne and jamón iberico). Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Stephanie's work and would highly recommend using her services.

At Stephanie's suggestion, we flew on Kenmore Air from Seattle instead of taking the Victoria Clipper and stayed at the Fairmont Empress instead of a lesser quality hotel. What a difference!!! The view from the float plane were spectacular and the upgraded room that Stephanie was able to get for us was great. Stephanie's recommendations helped make our trip very special instead of just ordinary.
