Stephanie booked us the perfect vacation... And then things went wrong. The flights were delayed, the rental car fell through, and I had 3 children in tow. (None of these things were within Stephanie's control) Thankfully, Stephanie was with us every step of the way. She helped resolve scheduling conflicts. She worked with us to negotiate a refund with the rental company. She kept her charm and wit active alongside her patience and resolve. I have never used a travel agent before. I will always work with Stephanie from herein. All of our stress dissipated under her guidance and we were able to enjoy our vacation entirely. She's a gem. I don't hesitate to recommend her 100%. 200%. She booked us the perfect vacation and then saved it from misfortune... all with a smile.

The hotel is representative of a true 5 star hotel with spacious and comfortable with a great view of the Edinburgh Castle. Restaurant and bar were very good with great service. The spa was very nice along with the Thermal spa experience along with a good work out facility. The concierge's were very helpful and set up dinner reservations for us each night since it was a busy time of year.
