Stefan is incredible. He gave me various options that we discussed in terms of my travel goals and I unfortunately picked the Langham, which on paper looked very good and the Fora and online reviews seemed largely positive. I have worked with Stefan on other reservations where the hotel was phenomenal and they really treated me like a VIP thanks to his efforts and I’ve been so impressed that I now typically use Stefan instead of my Amex Platinum because he gets me similar benefits and better service and advice!

What I didn’t expect at all was the truly extraordinary experience he organised for me in Berlin. I have premium credit card with a very costly membership fee that typically ensures exceptional benefits with travel and hotel stays so I was dubious Stefan could match this. He didn’t just match but exceeded every expectation I had. Every aspect of my experience with Stefan so far surpassed any expectation I’d had that I was blown away. When I arrived at the Ritz Carlton Berlin I received an upgraded room with a view of Potzdamer Platz not only all of the promised benefits but treated like a VIP with a handwritten note from hotel management as well as Stefan accompanied by a plate of bespoke chocolate, welcoming me. I was also welcomed at a premium champagne tasting! The hotel rate was also market such that I felt I received great value for money arranging through Stefan, wondering why anyone would pay hundreds of dollars for a premium travel card when Stefan can deliver the same. In short; book with Stefan. You can’t possibly regret it!

Simply put: not only is Stefan the most trustworthy and competent person who could arrange your travel, he will blow you away with the value he delivers. Stefan listened to my needs and communicated in a way that everything was easy and clear. I have a premium travel credit card costing hundred as year and Stefan delivered beyond that. I received incredible benefits, including an upgraded room with an iconic Berlin view and balcony.
