My Story
For more than 20 years I have been a food and travel writer and editor for some of the best titles across the globe—from Bon Appetite to SAVEUR to Condé Nast Traveler—and I've been featured by publications such as The New York Times and Oprah magazine. I now use my hard-earned insider knowledge and connections to plan memorable trips that deeply immerse you in a place. I love hotels that elevate an experience, restaurants the locals go to, and finding local gems like the best bakery or gallery in town. Anyone who's ever traveled with me knows that you'll never eat better than when following my recs!

Travel Style
I love a combination of indulgent luxuries (beautiful hotels and rentals, secret beaches, the hard-to-get tables) and local, immersive experiences (gourmet shops, artisans and design shops, cooking classes, and the best cocktail bars). As a mom of two, I know how to balance all of this even with your family in tow. After a trip, I love to feel like I really got to know a place deeply, as well as truly relaxed. Our experience with booking this trip with Stacy was perfect. She listened well and heard us say that we wanted a hotel that would provide a Class A experience. She described how this hotel would meet our needs regarding comfort, service, physical appeal, locale, and price. It had been quite a while since my husband and I had traveled alone so we were looking for a place that quite frankly was going to be a cut above. She shared facts and photos and answered any concerns, questions we had in a honest and forthright/timely manner. Because Stacy communicated so well we were able to have her book us as “good to go.” What a relief. Throughout our communication regarding this booking with Stacy, we personally felt that she was positive, confident, kind and so very helpful. Again, what a relief to know you can depend on someone to know what you want and help you find it.

I can’t recommend Stacy highly enough. She planned a wonderful trip to the Cotswalds for my family and every detail was thoughtfully handled the hotel she found was absolutely perfect - exactly the right location and the right atmosphere and comfort for what we wanted. Her activity and food recommendations were spot-on, too; it really felt like she listened to what we were looking for and tailored everything to our family. We felt overwhelmed with options or steered toward genetic tourist spots. Instead, every suggestion was a genuine hit. Thanks for planning, we got to relax and simply enjoy the trip. We absolutely be working with her again for our next getaway!
