With over three decades as an Events Coordinator for luxury brands in the Southeast in St. Augustine, Florida, I bring the art of seamless planning and elevated experiences to every journey. I specialize in corporate and affinity group travel, as well as family vacations, ensuring each trip blends effortless logistics with unforgettable moments.
Raised in Kentucky and a proud University of Kentucky alum, my heart belongs to the Bluegrass State. From curating luxury experiences at the Kentucky Derby, to private tours of Lexington’s horse farms, to guiding guests along the famed Bourbon Trail, I create bespoke itineraries that showcase the best of my home state’s heritage and hospitality.

I had never used a travel advisor before using Staci. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. Staci made sure we had top notch service. She called the hotel several times to ensure we got VIP treatment and also got us free parking and breakfast at no charge. Staci made our vacation easy, streamline and incredible.
I just had Staci book a trip for my husband and son to the World Cup! Both my husband and son were so happy with everything she did. Staci booked their hotel, their transportation and activities. She took all the stress, comparing and time looking for the right place out of the trip. Staci is so organized as well as connected to so many other consultants she locked in the trip in no time. Staci also took into account my husband is very thrifty, wanted free transfers to the stadium and free breakfast! Done!
I’ll never travel again with out consulting Staci! She is a lifesaver!

Staci is the best! I called her and told her I wanted to go on another cruise and she just asked a few questions to narrow down a couple options for me and when I heard that MSC was one of the cruises leaving during the timeframe I was looking to go, I advised her that was the one I wanted to go on. She booked it for me and made sure I got the class I wanted and answered any questions I had about this specific cruise line. I love working with Staci for all my travel needs. I am planning more cruise travel and other trips with her. I have recommended her to some of my friends as well.
