Working with Sri was a wonderful experience. He took the time to understand our travel goals, preferences, and expectations. He provided insightful recommendations on the best time to visit, the best safari experiences, and even helped coordinate the complicated series of flights to get to the lodge. What truly set Sri apart was the personal touch. He coordinated with the hotel to VIP our experience, upgrading our room and a $200 resort credit. Sri went above and beyond.
