Planning a trip for 18 people could have easily been overwhelming, but thanks to Sophie, it turned into one of the most seamless and memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, every detail was handled with incredible organization, responsiveness, and creativity.

She took the time to understand our group’s different interests, budgets, and travel styles, and somehow managed to design an itinerary that made everyone happy. From coordinating accommodations that comfortably fit a large group, to arranging transportation, reservations, and unique local experiences in Dublin, everything ran flawlessly.

What really stood out was her attention to detail and proactive communication. We always felt informed and taken care of, and any last-minute adjustments were handled quickly and professionally. It allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the trip rather than stress about logistics.

The recommendations—from dining spots to activities—were spot on and gave us an authentic feel for Dublin that we wouldn’t have been able to create on our own. Managing a group of this size is no small task, but she made it look easy.

Sophia helped us with every aspect of this booking. We wanted to be somewhere quiet but close to Tremezzo and Bellagio. She booked us a full day boat ride around the lake and it was the highlight of the trip. She also took care of reserving us tables at Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Una Finestra Sul Lago, and La Tirlindana. Sophia's planning made the entire trip stress-free and seamless, especially leaving right from our wedding. I felt like all we had to do was show up and enjoy it!
