My Story
Based in Park City, I bring a background in psychology, culinary arts, and nutrition science to travel advising—fields that trained me to notice how environment, rhythm, and sensory details influence our experience. I’ve always been drawn to beautiful spaces and thoughtful design, but I’m most interested in what those choices do for the guest experience: the feeling when you arrive, how intuitively the space functions, attention to detail, and the overall ease of being present. That perspective shapes how I plan travel: I curate with precision, ask the right questions upfront, and translate your preferences into a trip that feels polished and effortless from start to finish.
Travel Style
My approach is boutique, design-forward, and detail-driven, with a focus on wellness, adventure travel, and nature-based destinations. I work with solo travelers, couples, groups, and corporate retreats. I prioritize properties with a strong sense of culture, high-touch service, and spa experiences that are worth building a trip around—then pair them with food and wine experiences that reflect the region. When it fits the destination, I also layer in adventure: skiing, hiking, cycling, or mountain biking. The result is travel that's elevated but organic—beautiful hotels, thoughtful planning, and effortless itineraries that won't feel too structured.

Sophia was amazing to work with. She stepped in right away when a problem came up at the hotel and got it resolved quickly. Everything she booked was spot-on. Highly recommend!

Sophia took care of everything for this trip, and it showed. I felt well looked after the entire time, and she even checked in during my stay to make sure all was going smoothly. The entire process was easy and stress-free. I cannot recommend her enough!

Sophia made planning easy. She handled the hotel and gave great restaurant and activity recommendations. When stuff came up, she was on it. I'll definitely book with her again.

A Local's Guide to Park City, Utah
Park City is my home, and that’s why I’m biased—in the best way. I love how easy and enjoyable it is to get outside here year-round, and how the town feels livable, not just for tourists. The mix of nature; great skiing, hiking, and biking, and a solid food and hotel scene makes it feel complete. It’s a place I’m so proud to share!
