Always 5-star level service from Sonya! She's always responsive and on-time of any question or issue that I bring up - perfect example: my luggage was delayed from my original flight to Cabo and would be arriving on a later flight; after one call to Sonya she re-arranged my private airport transfer and ensured that I would still have transportation once my baggage arrived. Excellent service and she makes it all appear so seamless and effortless! Sonya always finds the best deals and makes the most incredible recommendations to ensure you have a memorable vacation!
