My Story
My name is Sonia Arif, and I am excited to share my journey as I transition into my new role as a professional travel advisor. With a strong background as an HR and Finance Manager, as well as experience as an Audit Manager, I bring a wealth of organizational and analytical skills to my new venture. Additionally, I am a professional language specialist, fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Originally from the Kurdish region in the north of Iraq, I have always embraced multicultural experiences. My proficiency in Arabic has been essential in both my professional life and family circumstances, enabling me to navigate various environments with ease.
My passion for travel began at a young age. I have always enjoyed organizing trips for my family, carefully planning every detail to ensure memorable experiences. Over the years, I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, and many states across The U.S.A. These journeys have given me a deep understanding of different cultures and the unique needs of travelers.
Driven by my love for travel and my desire to help others explore the world, I have decided to pursue my dream of becoming a professional travel advisor. My goal is to establish a reputable travel advisory business, with offices in both the The U.S. and the Middle East, to better serve a broad clientele.
