We had an amazing stay at the Salamander Inn, all thanks to Shrinal! She made booking a breeze and got us the perfect adjoining rooms. When we got to our rooms, she had arranged for not only for surprise bubbly for the adults but a “make your own” Shirley Temple station for the kids. She also arranged spa treatments for the whole family, so all we had to do was walk in and be pampered. Her attention to detail is one of a kind and we felt very lucky to have her plan this weekend getaway for us! Thank you Shrinal!!

Shrinal should win an award for being able to cater to all of our groups needs. There are 12 of us with many activity and dietary restrictions, yet everyone had an amazing time. All of the tours she booked were great and every restaurant we had reservations at had options for everyone’s taste/needs. We will of course be booking with Shrinal again for our next family trip! I’m so glad we trusted her recommendation to try a new cruise line and book with Explora.

Shrinal was a pleasure to work with! She was very patient with my large group and all of their requests. My group had a wide range of wants and needs with everything from excursions to dietary preferences. Shrinal gave many options and never complained when we asked for even more options! In fact, the personalized service, attention to detail and serene luxury of this property set quite a high standard for luxury resort expectations that I will always compare other properties to. It feels like a home away from home that I look forward to returning to again.
