Shrinal is the best travel advisor I’ve ever worked with. She is extremely responsive and quick! She offers great advice when I’m trying to make a decision and respects our budget. She always goes out of her way to bring personal touches to us by coordinating with the hotel. From the very beginning, working with Shrinal was extremely easy. She went above and beyond to help me plan the most perfect babymoon in Mallorca. She was so patient as I often sent her different hotel ideas I found online, and was always taking the time to look into each one and share her honest, thoughtful recommendations.
She not only helped me find and book amazing hotels but also arranged our rental car and even connected me with a wonderful local photographer to capture photos for a maternity shoot. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the island were truly impressive — she provided so many valuable tips that made our experience smooth and unforgettable.
What really stood out was how much she cared about the trip. She checked in with us several times, especially when we ran into airline/luggage issues (completely unrelated to her bookings), and made sure we were doing okay. She was always available whenever I reached out, which gave me so much peace of mind.
I can’t recommend her highly enough — she’s professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making her clients’ trips unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile, look no further!
