We recently returned from a magical family trip to the Salamander Inn, and we owe the entire experience to the Shrinal! From start to finish, Shrinal was amazing to work with—warm, kind, and incredibly attentive to every detail.

She was always quick to respond to messages and emails, no matter how small the question or last-minute the change. Throughout the planning process, she remained receptive and flexible, ensuring that our family's needs were front and center every step of the way.

When we arrived, we were delighted to find that our rooms were not only ready early (which she had already informed us of!) but also beautifully organized with printed itineraries waiting for us. These included thoughtfully curated activities for the kids and all of our spa bookings—every single detail taken care of. It was clear that Shrinal had gone above and beyond.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we discovered a sweet surprise: chocolates for the adults and stuffed animal toys for the kids in our rooms! It was the perfect, heartwarming touch that made the trip even more special.

Working with Shrinal on this trip was an amazing experience. Her knowledge of the city and hotel was extremely helpful. She set us up with a great room option which was perfect for our family of four. She curated a listing of attractions and restaurants for us as well which saved us a lot of time. Communication was quick, even while we were on the vacation, she was available to answer questions. Looking forward to working with Shrinal on future trips!
