Shrinal should win an award for being able to cater to all of our groups needs. There are 12 of us with many activity and dietary restrictions, yet everyone had an amazing time. All of the tours she booked were great and every restaurant we had reservations at had options for everyone’s taste/needs. We will of course be booking with Shrinal again for our next family trip! I’m so glad we trusted her recommendation to try a new cruise line and book with Explora.

Shrinal was a pleasure to work with! She was very patient with my large group and all of their requests. My group had a wide range of wants and needs with everything from excursions to dietary preferences. Shrinal gave many options and never complained when we asked for even more options! She made the trip feel seamless with a detailed itinerary that was easy to understand and plan for. Her advice and her knowledge were so helpful during the planning, she really thought of everything!

Shrinal is the best travel advisor I’ve ever worked with. She is extremely responsive and quick! She offers great advice when I’m trying to make a decision and respects our budget. She always goes out of her way to bring personal touches to us by coordinating with the hotel. In fact, the personalized service, attention to detail and serene luxury of this property set quite a high standard for luxury resort expectations that I will always compare other properties to. It feels like a home away from home that I look forward to returning to again.
