Although not experienced with Aruba at first, she did extensive research and was able to provide me a number of suggestions for restaurants and sites to see around the island. From the collection of hotels she provided, I finally chose the Hyatt Regency Aruba. One day later, the price dropped and without me even having to reach out Shrinal had already rebooked me at a lower rate. Once there, she checked in to make sure I was checked in properly and had received the welcome amenities that come along with booking through her. Overall, my experience with booking through her was fantastic and I will definitely be using her services in the future.

Booking our room at the Grand Hyatt Bahamar was an easy experience through Shrinal and also came with perks, such as breakfast ever morning and resort credit. Shrinal paid attention to small details, such as the need for a crib for our little one and was accommodating to any special requests.
