I always seek out the places least visited by tourists and have found many hidden gems—an amazing piece of street art, a tiny eatery serving the best tapas on the planet, a quaint town void of tourists. Places that give me a different understanding of the culture and the food of the region are what I am passionate about. The research and planning that goes into finding these experiences is my forte.
