Shivonne was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful when organizing our trip to Barcelona. Her response time was EXCELLENT. She promptly answered all of my inquiries. The location of the hotel was superb. We enjoyed all of the recommendations of places to visit and we were also prepared and know when we needed to buy tickets in advance. The extra touches such as have a safe flight, enjoy your vacation and welcome back we're very appreciated also. I will 100% be using Shivonne for our next vacation.
