I reached out to Sheyda last minute while planning a quick trip to Austin for a bachelor party and decided to go a few days early to meet with clients. Sheyda was incredibly fast, attentive, and thoughtful and somehow even managed to find me a better rate than what I could book on my own. When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised with an upgrade and a handwritten note from Sheyda waiting in my room along with cupcakes (which were absolutely fire). Not only that, my room was upgraded and I was able to get $100 towards the on-site restaurant and had a fantastic dinner. It’s rare to experience this level of personal touch and care these days. All in all, Sheyda set the bar for what great travel service should be. I’ll 100% be using her for all my future trips.

Our honeymoon to Thailand was absolutely incredible, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Sheyda. She planned everything from start to finish — Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Koh Samui — coordinating flights, transfers, hotels, guides, and even little details like VIP airport help and restaurant reservations.

Every part of the trip felt personalized, from sunrise hikes in Doi Inthanon and visits to the Elephant Sanctuary to island-hopping in the south. Sheyda was so responsive, caring, and organized, always one step ahead and making sure we were taken care of.
