Sherlyn Senior, how to describe her attentiveness to our travel needs and preferences? In one word…stellar! She is super delightful to work with and insightful when it came to finding the right place to stay & eat in Napa. We had a last minute room change, and she effortlessly took care of everything for us. She went above & beyond with getting us an upgraded room, and was instrumental in clutching us a dinner reservation to a unicorn restaurant that we never dreamed possible. We had a stop for 2 nights in Oakland prior to Napa, and ended with a day trip drive through Southern California. Sher understood the importance of this very personal trip and ensured that all overnight stays were seamless and comfortable. Her attention to detail is astounding and we are already planning our next trip with her with a group of 18 friends! Thank you Sher for your personal touch & making our trip genuinely unforgettable!
