AMAZING. Sheri was hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She did a last minute booking for a 3 week Europe trip and NAILED every single detail I wanted. From hotels, flights, trains, tours, to restaurant recommendations - she listened to what I needed and delivered amazing ideas. She was extremely prompt with responses and very organized - providing Google Docs and a super helpful app with the whole itinerary lined out. She was very transparent about cost, not shady with fees like some agents I’ve worked with. We had the most amazing trip and would not have been able to do it without Sheri’s expertise.
