Seemless with Shelley! She sent us an excellent full itinerary on an app, and had the staff prepare a special treat for the room. The hotel staff commented that her third-party booking was the best they had worked with because she provided contact information for us (the guest) so they could send us key codes a few hours before check-in, advise us about parking, and make us feel very welcome.

Shelley always finds the best vacation spots, hotels, and experiences. We have lived in Japan and speak some Japanese, but I could never have found the special places she identifies for us on my own (I tried!). I can always trust Shelley to do the hard work of planning a tour that fits our needs and wishes, which she does with enthusiasm. She worked with me to plan the idyllic ryokan experience in Hakone, and found a more budget hotel in Kyoto that was comfortable and perfectly located in the Nishiki Market area.

Shelley always knocks it out of the park with recommendations! I felt that I had ample hotel choice when it came to destination and optionality within my budget. Her knowledge of Philadelphia landed us in the "it" part of town, which made getting around super easy and walkable. Always love the Travefy itineraries too. This was a quick and simple trip but great to know she's a helpful partner for even a small weekend getaway. Thank you Shelley!
