Shelley was a fantastic booking agent. She helped get everything setup for us on time, provided timely updates and reminders for excursions and restaurant bookings, and was very knowledgeable about all things Virgin and answered all of our questions. I had a payment issue with one of the excursions and she helped me get my refund and resolved the issue very quickly. Shelley was amazing to work with for booking and planning travel! I was not entirely sure what to do for my 30th and she prepped different options with plenty of details to help decide on a plan. After booking and before the trip departure she made sure to provide detailed information of what to expect and kept us on track of any travel booking deadlines for excursions or additional steps prior to departure. Will definitely be booking future trips and travel with her as she is very well versed in trip planning and traveling ! And there are nice perks too!(extra champagne for the room!)
