Shelley was a fantastic booking agent. She helped get everything setup for us on time, provided timely updates and reminders for excursions and restaurant bookings, and was very knowledgeable about all things Virgin and answered all of our questions. I had a payment issue with one of the excursions and she helped me get my refund and resolved the issue very quickly. I would recommend Shelley to anyone who is looking to go on a Virgin cruise, because Shelley will make sure your voyage goes off without a hitch. Thank you Shelley!

Shelley was amazing to work with for booking and planning travel! I was not entirely sure what to do for my 30th and she prepped different options with plenty of details to help decide on a plan. After booking and before the trip departure she made sure to provide detailed information of what to expect and kept us on track of any travel booking deadlines for excursions or additional steps prior to departure. Will definitely be booking future trips and travel with her as she is very well versed in trip planning and traveling ! And there are nice perks too!(extra champagne for the room!)

This is my second time booking a trip with Shelley and I am once again extremely happy with her services! For this trip, I gave Shelley a vague request that I'd like to take a beach resort vacation, possibly in Mexico, but really gave no other details or information. Shelley took that description and ran, promptly replying with several options within my budget in cities all across Mexico, and offered to search other locations if I wanted more options! There was no need, as she nailed it on the first try. She was attentive and quick to respond in the time leading up to the trip, and made sure to periodically check in at various points during the trip to be sure that everything was going smoothly. After we returned home, I let Shelley know that we'd had an issue using one of the services at the hotel, and she handled tracking down a refund from the hotel concierge. I never had a lift a finger once throughout this entire process, and I can't wait to use Shelley again for my next trip!
