Working with Shelby was beyond amazing! She was great at researching the best hotels for my family’s budget, wants and needs! The crazy part is I haven’t even met her in person! We are miles apart and did everything over the phone!! Felt really comfortable with her and just knew she would take care of me. It was an extremely easy process. She did a wonderful job when we finally narrowed it down to a hotel I wanted. I am beyond pleased to work with her and I will continue to book trips through her moving forward, even with living in different states! 12/10 for her and how she conducted business.
