Our trip was WONDERFUL! We loved airport transfers being arranged for us ahead of time. Thanks so much for that Shelby! We had a couple flight delays, causing a missed connection. Shelby was able to ease my anxiety with her reassurance and keeping an eye on us the whole time. We really appreciate her helping us navigate this trip!

I reached out in October to see if she could find us any deals for early December, Shelby got back to us right away with a 5-night all inclusive stay in Playa Del Carmen, and it was right on point with the budget I gave her. I mention budget because this wasn't a trip that we had planned and saved for, so we were only going to travel if we could make it work financially, and Shelby delivered! The resort Devossion By Live Aqua Playa del Carmen was recently converted to an adults only all-inclusive resort and they were offering grand opening specials, it was perfect! This was our favorite all-inclusive resort and we wouldn't have found it without Shelby's help!

Shelby was on top of everything! We had several calls leading up to the trip where she explained everything in detail and gave me tips and tricks to the cities I was visiting. She was easy and quick to get a hold of while we were traveling as well. This was a major trip for us and a place I’m not familiar with. Her service package was totally worth it. I wouldn’t have imagined planning this on my own. The hotel recs, tour planning and train travel was a massive help. I’m extremely grateful for Shelby’s help leading up to and during the trip.
