The process was very easy. We had a couple tournaments for my son and needed hotel rooms near the location. We gave Shelby our requests and dates and she quickly got the rooms booked for us. So nice to have the task taken care of for us and not worry about finding the best hotel for our stay.

Our trip was WONDERFUL! We loved airport transfers being arranged for us ahead of time. Thanks so much for that Shelby! We had a couple flight delays, causing a missed connection. The resort Devossion By Live Aqua Playa del Carmen was recently converted to an adults only all-inclusive resort and they were offering grand opening specials, it was perfect! This was our favorite all-inclusive resort and we wouldn't have found it without Shelby's help!
