Shelby was incredibly helpful in planning our trip. We had not only a great hotel reservation and restaurant recommendations, but the benefits received booking through Fora far outweighed what we normally receive through the Amex concierge. It was a night and day travel experience in comparison. Each of the restaurant recommendations exceeded expectations, and when one had to cancel due to weather and our outdoor seating, we were promptly notified by Shelby and offered alternative accommodations. The private boat we had booked was also excellent, the staff was friendly, informative, and timely. This is something we've always wanted to do in Charleston, but it can be daunting to book with the number of options out there. Shelby and Fora removed those worries and our trip was much better because of it. I have no recommendations on improvement since it was all perfect, so I thank you all for such a wonderful trip.
