Shaye took care of all the details and even got us a property credit which was great for evening drinks at the cozy bar inside. All we had to do was arrive and give our name and they were ready to escort us to our room. Offering wine upon arrival and taking care of luggage and parking the car. Shaye makes every stay so easy, efficient and effortless.
