This booking experience was wonderful, easy and seamless. We had to change it once due to illness and Sharon handled it. Sharon was super thoughtful and had a mini cake waiting for us for my husband's birthday.

Sharon was so incredibly helpful with booking our stay and made sure that our experience was special. She got us a wonderful upgrade - thank you so much for this! We loved the resort and ocean view and enjoyed so much time out on the balcony. We also celebrated my husband's birthday while we were there and she made sure to inform the hotel and they all pulled out all the stops. Champagne, flowers, a family photo, cake, cards, etc. It truly made the stay special.

We had a great experience booking with Sharon. One thing that stood out to me is how extremely responsive Sharon is. I had multiple questions and she was able to clarify and get back to me quickly. She worked with the hotel (Rosewood Mayakoba) to make my birthday trip feel special - we even got upgraded to a deluxe lagoon suite (not sure if that would have been the case if I booked direct with Rosewood). Highly recommend!
