We’ve booked several trips through Sharon, including Japan, New York, and most recently Grand Velas, and she has always been easy to work with. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and gives thoughtful recommendations without ever making us feel pressured.
For this trip, Sharon helped coordinate the details, including transfers, and made sure our requests were communicated to the resort ahead of time.
We were celebrating our child’s birthday, and Sharon let the resort know in advance. It was nice to see that recognized during our stay and helped make the trip a little more memorable for him.
We appreciate Sharon’s attention to detail and her understanding of what works well for our family. Overall, both Sharon and the resort delivered an exceptional experience. We fully trust Sharon with our travel planning and look forward to many more trips through her.
