Shardae was wonderful to work with! She is always available/very quick to respond and offered a variety of options based on what we were looking for in terms of type of room, budget, hotel vibe, etc. and on top of it she was able to get us an incredible price. There was a hand written note and a bottle of champagne waiting in our room for us as well since we were celebrating our anniversary which was such a thoughtful welcome. We also were able to get a free room upgrade! I’ll be reaching out for all my future trips :)
