Getting back in touch with Shantel was great! She was so helpful for us choose a location for our trip and understanding what we needed traveling with young kids. We did so many of the activities she suggested. The hotel was a great location with everything we asked for.

Shantel has been excellent in booking every aspect of our trip to Rome. When our airline canceled our original flight home after our cruise Shantel got right to work and found us the Hilton Rome Airport for our extra night in Italy. We highly recommended Shantel and will use her again for future travel.

Shantel did a wonderful job helping me through the process of planning this cruise. She booked it and kept me updated as to when my final payment was due. She also booked two excellent excursions, one in Juneau and one in Skagway. I would highly recommend her services!
