Professionals passionate. This woman knows how to make things right for travel. She looked after me incredibly and even had the hotel leave a wonderful message from her and some chocolates.

Shannyn’s knowledge of travel and places is unparalleled so I can only recommend her to anyone planning and booking a holiday.

Shan was unreal to deal with!! Organised everything for us and was so accomodating with our questions! There was some nice touches aswell with complimentary drinks, treats and letters from the staff at the Tasman! Shan was the perfect person to help us out with our post wedding celebrations!

This isn’t the first time booking with Shannyn and once again she goes beyond our expectations. Getting us upgraded to have a room with river views, complimentary breakfast and early check in. You’d be crazy not to use Shannyn to book your next trip.

From the start Shannyn made things so easy. From changing dates for us to organising anniversary balloons on our arrival. She has amazing communication and no ask was too small. Made the experience so much easier!! Will never go back to booking anything for myself again.
