Shannon was absolutely the best ever!!!!! Everything taken care of!!! She planned everything from our flights to our hotels before the cruise and everything was perfect!! She took care of all the logistics so all we had to do was show up and just have a blast on our trip!!! Great hotel, perfect location close to the beach with great nightlife!! Answered every question or concern we had!!! Even helped with billing and making sure we weren't forgetting anything we needed to have a great trip!!! Can't wait to book another trip with Shannon's help!!!!

Fast, given the fact that it was the airline's fault that I missed my flight along with delays. Shannon was very helpful in get a hotel booked for me in no time, to which the hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the airport.
