Book with her. Period. I have never had a travel experience like this. Shana goes above an beyond in ways that was really shocking as someone with the desire to travel a lot but zero desire to research and book trips myself. Shana provided door-to-door service, staying in constant touch with me to ensure I was doing well. When my door was broken, she stayed on top of the resort management to ensure I was compensated for the inconvenience. Whether it's a weekend get away or a two-week Asia trip, I'm not booking a single trip with anyone but her.
