She is an excellent travel advisor. I had to change one thing last minute and she was able to give make it happen. Truly appreciate all of her help in navigating cruising. She really does know her stuff when it comes to cruises. Highly recommend her and will use her services when I cruise again.

Shaharizan was very attentive even when we had the last minute change in itinerary. She called the cruise line and was able to get an extra onboard credit in addition to the $200 that Carnival offered. She did warn me that the cruise line was a budget cruise line and was not going to give a luxury experience. I will listen to her next time and book an elevated experience. Shaharizan was also very responsive and had timely turnaround for any questions I had. Highly recommend her.

Ms. Perez was very attentive to all of my needs. She gave me a few options to choose from but highly recommended this venue. I appreciate that she was knowledgeable about this resort. It checked all of the boxes that I wanted- close to the cruise port, pool, jacuzzi, bar and restaurant on the premises since I was only staying for two nights. Thank you Shaharizan for all you did to make this a seamless transition from resort to cruise port. Also, thanks for your quick turn around in answering my questions.
