Excellent. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Selene helped planning our cruise a pleasure and without stress. She also arranged the 4 hotels we stayed at in Florida the week after our cruise. They were all nice hotels and she got us very good rates. The hotels were in Fort Myers, Estero, Sarasota, and Orlando.
