Seby Gurrieri's combination of expertise, impeccable organization, and genuine care made our trip truly extraordinary. She mapped out walking routes ahead of time, suggested the best way to structure our days, and recommended restaurants favored by discerning residents. After learning about the long day of travel before our arrival in Stockholm, she thoughtfully suggested a plan for dinner. But it didn't stop there. She worked with the Grand's concierge to secure an impossible reservation at a local hot spot. It could not have been better.
Before we arrived, she researched and compared the price, size, and view of all room types at the Grand to ensure the best value for us. In addition, she negotiated upgrades, credits, and complimentary spa access that made our stay even more indulgent. When our plans shifted unexpectedly and we decided to add an extra night, she handled it seamlessly—without stress or room changes. I can't say enough about Seby's commitment and travel savvy, and look forward to booking every trip with her from now on.
