I loved working with Seasen to book this overnight at the Grand Hyatt. The personal touches, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were a special touch that made our anniversary night that much better. With her agent perks she was also able to get us an early check in and late check out, AND upgrade our room type! Room was beautiful and the hotel decor was gorgeous! Love the specialty cocktails at the bar also!

Always a pleasure dealing with Seasen. She takes care of every detail that makes our experience most pleasurable.
