From the initial consultation to the moment we returned home, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. Scott took the time to truly understand our travel preferences and budget, and presented us with a range of options that perfectly matched our needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the destinations we were considering, and offered valuable insights that we wouldn't have found on our own. The agent secured early check-in and check-out, even called the morning we were to arrive to verify all of the information. He arranged for delivery of a Birthday Cake for my daughter's 21st Birthday celebration! His expertise and attention to detail made all the difference in our trip.
