Savannah shared our preferences and notified that this was for a special occasion in our family to the hotel. Her communication with us and hotel was above and beyond excellent. Everything we needed was handled. What we didn’t know we needed she had put in requests for. This hotel and our travel agent was in sync. We very much appreciated our travel agent and the hotel partner and all they did to collaborate the entire experience.
