She communicated timely and clearly. I saw that this hotel was closer to the terminal that I needed so she helped me book it. She also gave me her thoughts about her experience with this hotel which was useful. Overall, she did a great job of helping me find a hotel for our last night in London that would be easy for our return trip home.

Sasha was great!! She answered all my questions and helped me book any activities or transfers that were needed. She was also very helpful in helping me decide on things to do on my trip. She responded quickly to any add-ons or changes that were needed. She was quick in helping me book things since some activities were sold out so she searched and help me find what I needed. I highly recommend her. She is helpful , insightful and easy to work with.

Sasha was fantastic. She made sure the hotel aligned with my needs then secured me not only an upgrade but a welcome basket full of the most delicious goodies. She is always professional, her service is exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure my trip was memorable. I will always use her for my travel needs.

My husband and I used Sasha to plan a much needed get away weekend trip. She made the process smooth, seamless and stress free! We greatly appreciated her friendly disposition, expertise, professionalism and communication while planning the trip making sure she met all of our expectations. The resort, amenities and service were amazing and the food was delicious. She included additional perks on the trip which made the experience that much more enjoyable and cheaper! She made sure we could get a hold of her if we needed anything during our stay. This is the first time we have used any kind of travel advisor for a trip.
