Excellent, made sure to go over everthing, activities, excursions, any questions that we had concerning what we need to travel with what we need to take along our clothing. Anything we ask her, if she didn’t have the answer. She researched and got it for us.

Sasha was the best! She listened to what we wanted in this cruise, made sure everything was as we wanted, from accommodations, dining preferences, excursions etc……I have never traveled on Royal Caribbean before now but have cruised about 7 times on other cruise lines and Sasha was the Travel agent thus far! She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and always made sure we had exactly what we wanted! Great job Sasha! I will book thru her again!
