I'm a planner at heart, and I approach every trip with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail. For me, travel is about more than just reaching a destination—it’s about creating moments that stay with you long after the trip is over. Some of my favorite memories include a hole-in-the-wall restaurant serving the world’s best rigatoni, a local "Ape" car tour of Ischia, a scarf painting class in Lyon, a cooking class overlooking the Amalfi Coast, a paella class in Barcelona, a walking food tour in Lisbon, and even making Chantilly cream in Chantilly (clearly, most of my favorite memories are food-related!).
