Booking with Sarah was great. She got me a free room upgrade for our stay, champagne in the room because of my anniversary, free breakfast from the hotel, and credit for drinks at the hotel bar. She made the experience of my first anniversary a memorable one and will be booking with her again in the future.

Sarah is fantastic! Initially, I started planning our trip to Italy on my own, and I was getting very overwhelmed. Sarah was recommended by an acquaintance, so I reached out. From the first communication, I knew I found the right person. She was extremely helpful and patient. She answered my endless questions and made me feel less anxious about the whole process. I hope to have to opportunity to work with her again in the future.
