Sarah Talaat

Sarah was great to help me plan my long layover in Frankfurt. She was quick to respond, provided great options, and it was easy to book!

Sarah was incredible. From start to finish, she was thorough, receptive, and timely. I was so appreciative of her patience with my response time. She answered every question I had in the planning process. While we were on the trip, Sarah was reachable and was regularly relaying information from hotels, tours, etc. It was really comforting to know that I could just text her when problems arose and gave me a TON of piece of mind. My only critique/change has nothing to do with Sarah but is just something I would have asked for in the planning process now that I know what I know—when picking out of the hotel options (which were great by the way—an awesome mix of prices and accommodations) I would’ve liked to see it on a map with maybe the hot spot tours/attractions also marked on the map. I think that would’ve played a massive part in where we picked to stay because some locations were easily walkable to our tours (Florence) but most of our other hotel locations needed an Uber to get the the tour spot and that ended up being a massive cost we were only mildly prepared for. Again NOTHING to do with Sarah or her expertise, just something I know to ask/think of for the future. I will absolutely be coming back to Sarah.

From start to finish, booking with Sarah was an outstanding experience. We felt completely at ease having her by our side, expertly guiding us to the best hotels in Thailand, always tailored to our personal preferences. She truly understood what we were looking for at every step, and her attention to detail was exceptional. The communication throughout was seamless and responsive, and we really appreciated that she followed up with the hotel before our arrival to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to Sarah, our trip exceeded all expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and support she provided. We will definitely turn to her again for future travels!

What a star, Sarah thank you for elevating our trip from great to amazing! Sarah was always so quick to get back to us and gave us fantastic, thoughtful recommendations, including a range of hotels. We were so happy with our choice, and the booking and was seamless. She was immediately available when we checked in and the staff had some trouble finding our booking, but I wasn't worried at all because I knew she'd take care of us. I can't wait to work with Sarah again!

Communication with Sarah was great. She considered all our requirements and found a perfect match for what we were looking for. Which was not easy for Paris during Fashion week :)
