Sarah was awesome to work with! She took her time to listen to what we wanted for our family vacation, her communication was clear, and she was very responsive. She made sure our resort and airport transfers were all set up! We did not have to do anything and she handled it all for us! We highly recommend Sarah and she is really good at figuring out what you need, researching it all, and then presenting really good options. We will definitely keep using her for all our future travel needs!

I've never been in a situation where a trip was cancelled as we were heading to the destination. Sarah quickly provided options and secured this reservation in record time. She not only provided a great experience, she was able to secure a tremendous value which doesn't always happen with last minute bookings. She saved the entire trip for us and our friends.

We are really happy with how Sarah took care of everything for us. She was on top of researching properties and booking this one. She really took into account all the things we love to do and the properties we like and found Sun Palace for us, she stayed within our budget and maximized what we were looking for in a vacation. Her communication was exceptional and she was on top of things before we would even ask about them. We highly recommend using Sarah for anyone looking to use a travel agent. She really takes time to listen to your needs as far as properties, budget and just overall experiences. We will absolutely use here in the future for our travel needs!
